Extended Support

All our distance learning courses include 12 months email support from an experienced and fully qualified Dutch teacher.

However, we recognize that after starting a course some students may face unexpected changes in their personal, family, or work situation that prevents them from completing the course within the 12 months.

In these circumstances we offer the option to extend email support for our distance learning courses to give students the additional time required to complete the remaining lessons.

Wherever possible, this extended support will include an upgrade to the latest version of the course for any outstanding material.

Students may extend email support for a course by a maximum of 24 months.
